All About Us
We are students from Usha Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT) who noticed how difficult it can be for students to find or afford things like books, gadgets, clothes, or hostel rooms. Many students buy items they only need for a short time, and those things often go unused later.
That is why we created My College Genie, a simple platform where students can rent, share, or find essentials within their own college community. It helps everyone save money, reduce waste, and make college life more connected.
Our goal is to build a trusted student network across colleges where sharing becomes a habit. We believe that college life becomes easier when we help each other.
